I am the Lead Pastor at Freedom Ridge in Ames, Iowa. I graduated from Ozark Christian College in Joplin MO with a Bachelors of Biblical Literature Degree, and I graduated from Covington Theological Seminary with a Master’s Degree in Ministry.
I enjoy being outdoors and really like to fish. Some of my favorite childhood memories are from on the lake. Life keeps me pretty busy right now, so I don’t get to fish as much as I would like. I also enjoy riding my bicycle off road.
I like chocolate, Diet Mountain Dew, mexican food, and hanging out with the family (although not in that order). Jericho is my favorite TV show, and I’m extremely bummed that is was canceled. I also enjoy watching Little People Big World; I think Zach is funny.
I’d love to meet Jack Black. I think he was hilarious in Nacho Libre, and I loved him in School of Rock. It would be cool to meet him for lunch and eat a hamburger or something. I might even buy.
My favorite song of all time is Long Time by Boston. Those guys had talent.
